Domestic orders in Estonia

If possible, orders are sent to the Omniva parcel machine. Delivery within Estonia costs €4.85.

We usually ship the package on the same or following day as the order, but no later than 6 days after ordering.

The package arrives at the machine indicated by the buyer when placing the order. A message about a package that has arrived at the parcel machine will be sent to the phone number provided in the order.

If the total weight or dimensions of the order exceed the maximum allowed, the buyer has the option to order delivery via Omniva courier. Orders with a maximum total weight of 30 kg can be delivered by Omniva courier, and the shipping cost in this case is €14.20.

We also offer the Hrx courier service as a shipping option, in which case the buyer must make the appropriate selection when placing the order. In this case, we will send an invoice with the delivery costs separately by e-mail.

Orders abroad (outside Estonia)

We send parcels with a total weight of up to 30 kg by a Omniva courier to these countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Finland.

If the buyer’s destination country is not listed, please contact us info@gapsal.eu and if possible, we will prepare an offer with shipping costs.

In addition, it is possible to pick up the order at our office at Tallinna mnt 92, Haapsalu.

Payment

Payment can be made to an account in Swedbank (Movek Grupp OÜ, EE412200221014226206) or when picking up the order from our office.

Return

If the ordered product does not suit the buyer, they have the right to return it within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded. The returned item must not be used and must be in the original packaging.

Ordered products cannot be returned if the ordered product is made to special order or according to the conditions provided by the customer. The return costs are borne by the customer.
